Installer
AdvancedInstaller with automatic update replaces ClickOnce used by SiteVision.
Moved install target to C:\Program Files (x86)\The Toro Company\SiteVision instead of a Roaming folder.
Removed all registry accesses in favor of user settings file which allows execution in Standard mode.
Changed so that all application specific settings are saved in a hidden application accessible file at C:\ProgramData\The Toro Company\SiteVision\SiteVision.config. All application, DLLs, services use this
configuration file.
SiteVision build and install no longer copies courses.xml to the binary output folder; courses.xml is either located or created if not found. If a courses.xml file is not found, only a demo course is created.
Re-ordered search for courses.xml to look in Lynx install first so that restoring a database from Lynx allows the Turf Guard plugin to correctly find the restored courses.xml.
